This Shipping and Payment Information document describes the payment methods and delivery conditions applicable to purchases made through the https://uvctechnics.com webshop operated by UV Technika Magyarország Kft.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
The uvctechnics.com webshop supplies products exclusively to businesses, companies, institutions and other legal entities holding a valid VAT number.
Sales to private individuals (consumers) are not available.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available:
· Advance bank transfer
· Online credit/debit card payment via SimplePay
Cash on delivery (COD) is not available.
3. Advance Bank Transfer
If the Buyer selects advance bank transfer, payment must be completed before shipment.
The order reference or proforma invoice number should be included in the payment reference field.
Order processing begins only after the full payment has been credited to the Seller’s bank account.
4. Online Card Payment
Online payments are processed securely through the SimplePay payment platform operated by OTP Mobil Ltd.
The Seller does not receive, process or store the Buyer’s bank card information.
Card data are handled exclusively by the payment service provider.
5. Advance Payment Requirement
The Seller starts procurement, production, packaging or shipment of the ordered products only after the full purchase price and any applicable shipping costs have been received.
This policy applies to:
· standard products;
· custom orders;
· special manufacturing requests;
· imported products;
· project-based deliveries.
6. Delivery Methods
Orders may be shipped through:
· GLS Hungary Ltd.
· DHL Express Hungary Ltd.
· other contracted logistics providers where applicable.
The Seller reserves the right to choose the most appropriate shipping method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Delivery Time
Delivery times displayed on the website or included in quotations are estimates only.
Actual delivery may depend on factors including:
· stock availability;
· manufacturing time;
· supplier lead times;
· import procedures;
· customs clearance;
· transportation delays;
· force majeure events.
8. Delivery Address
The Buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Any additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery details shall be borne by the Buyer.
9. Inspection upon Delivery
The Buyer should inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt.

· package integrity;
· visible damage;
· missing items;
· signs of breakage.
If damage is observed, a damage report should be completed together with the courier before accepting the shipment whenever possible.
10. Fragile Products
The Seller supplies fragile technical products including:
· UV-C germicidal lamps;
· High Output UV-C lamps;
· amalgam UV-C lamps;
· quartz sleeves;
· quartz glass components;
· UV sensors.
Although these products are packed with special care, transport-related damage may still occur.
11. Hidden Transport Damage
If hidden damage is discovered after unpacking, the Buyer should notify the Seller in writing as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours, but no later than 3 business days after delivery.
Photographs of the product and packaging should be provided.
The original packaging should be retained until the investigation has been completed.
12. Transfer of Risk
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer upon delivery of the goods.
Where the carrier is appointed by the Buyer, the risk transfers when the goods are handed over to that carrier.
13. Ownership of Goods
Ownership of the delivered products remains with UV Technika Magyarország Kft. until the purchase price and all related charges have been paid in full.
14. International Deliveries
The webshop may deliver products to business customers within the European Union and, where applicable, to other countries.
The Buyer is responsible for complying with local regulations and obtaining any permits required in the destination country.
For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and related charges shall be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed.
