The Mini Bi-Pin UV-C lamp is a low-pressure mercury-vapour UV-C lamp developed for professional disinfection applications. It primarily produces germicidal radiation at a wavelength of 253.7 nm. This short-wave UV-C radiation damages the DNA and RNA of microorganisms—including bacteria, viruses, moulds, and other pathogens—thereby preventing their reproduction and ability to cause infection.

The lamp is equipped with a Mini Bi-Pin G5 base, allowing simple and secure installation in a wide range of UV disinfection systems. Its special quartz-glass envelope provides excellent UV transmittance, helping to achieve maximum germicidal effectiveness.

Mini Bi-Pin UV-C lamps are widely used for:
